The main aim of Mercatox is to provide the best service in the world of cryptocurrencies. Mercatox Support helps our customers take part in this system. The support communicates with our customers personally to resolve their issues. They communicate with customers in clear polite language. Support team members have to like solving problems and making the way that Mercatox provides support enjoyable.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, prioritize, and respond to inbound tickets
- Identify common trends within support tickets to find issues and bugs
- Communicate with the Product Engineering team to identify which issues and bugs require immediate attention
- Help customers to get what they want
Requirements:
- Great with people
- Ability to learn customers about digital currencies
- Self-motivated — ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and written communication skills
- Experience with supporting digital currency
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with exchange trading system
- Experience dealing with time pressured situations and high value accounts
- Stressless and polite communication
- Willingness to work at least one weekend day per week
