Closure of platform

Dear Users!

It is with great regret we inform you that Mercatox has decided to close its operations.

This was a difficult but necessary decision. We have worked for you for a long time and it was an exciting and difficult journey, but further platform support is not economically feasible and profitable any longer. Our entire team appreciates and thanks all the users for their trust and joint journey during all these years!

We ask all our clients to withdraw their funds before December 28-th, 2024, and recommend completing this process as soon as possible. After this date, the functionality and all processes will be disabled and the platform will go completely offline.

The opportunity to complete open orders will be open until December 5-th, 2024, after this date, the trading functions will be disabled and all orders placed will be canceled.
