What is going to happen to the project, if  it doesn't achieve minimum set goal?

 

- Any results of our crowdsale won't change our plans. Although, our project is still "fresh" but it is happened already and will be actively developed and refined. Crowdsale results could only affect the speed of development and improvement. We gave opportunity to everyone to become project's stakeholder, as we strive to speed up development process, increase the team of professionals and expand promo campaign.

 

What is going to happen to MERCA, if  it doesn't achieve minimum set goal during crowdsale?

 

- As planned, MERCA will be traded on our exchange. Also, there will still be an option in the wallet to buy remained amount of tokens but not with discounted price. The purchase price will be higher to compare to promo price during crowdsale campaign. In case of crowdsale full success this option won't be available in the wallet and you could buy tokens on exchange only.

 

Is MERCA going to grow or drop in price after going from beta to stable version?

 

- Every day we can see more and more traders on our exchange and trading volumes are going up too. According to that daily and monthly exchange profit will increase, thus MERCA owner's dividends will grow to. Therefore, we are expecting MERCA price to go up.

 

How can you prove we can trust your company?

 

- Exchange was the main part of our project. It's been already set up, full functioned and picking up the speed. Lots of work and recourses were invested in it and we are continuing to work on this part of the project. We are newbies on the market and we do understand the importance of earning people's trust. It will come with time and will be reflected by good actions. Words do not mean anything at the moment, that's why we would like to ask those, who is in doubt to wait with their conclusions, but just watch our start-up in action. Time and well done action will answer all the questions.

 

 

Why would you run crowdsale, if you have already developed product?

 

- Yes, we do have partially developed platform. Crowdfunding is fast acting campaign and we are still working on developing additional platform's functions but this kind o work will take time and resources. Current crowdsale will allow us to speed up the development process and future elaboration.
