​Potential Bitcoin Chain split

We are carefully monitoring the situation in the Bitcoin network. Our primary goal is protecting funds of our users.

At the moment, we increased the number of confirmations required for Bitcoin deposit from 1 to 6.

During the possible fork, we will suspend Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals due to potential technical risks and issues that may cause network instability. The length of any possible downtime is unknown as this highly depends on network stability.

Trading will be active during these periods.

If Bitcoin will split into several blockchains, we will take steps to support trading for every type of Bitcoin and we will do everything possible to give our users new Bitcoin tokens.

When the network will be stable, we will resume Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals.
