Server’s optimization

Dear users!

We are finishing the preparation of new ultra-stable servers. We will have to suspend the service for a short time (about an hour) to test all processes on the new servers. We will notify you before maintenance in advance.

We are working with current issues now. Due to high load on our current servers some deposit transactions can be not credited to balances automatically. Don’t worry, all deposits will be credited. Also, we have big queue with confirmation letters. Please wait. Letters can be delayed. We are working on resolving of this issue.

Please be patient and do not SPAM the Support Center. There are a lot of new tickets and we do not have time to process them quickly. Don’t worry, all issues will be resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
